MWHS Acceptance of Terms of Service

                                       Internet Sales-Billing/Refund Policy/Terms of Service

I understand and AGREE that the Mami Wata Healers Society has clearly posted their Refund, Service Cancellation Policies and Terms of Service before I the cardholder made any purchase decision. I understand and AGREE that the Mami Wata Healers Society has disclosed before any credit/debit card purchase its ‘Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy’ and required me the cardholder to select a ‘Click-to-Accept’ or ‘I AGREE’ button to acknowledge those polices.  I understand and AGREE that the Mami Wata Healers Society’s terms and conditions of the purchase of  intangible services displayed on the same screen view as the checkout screen used to present the total purchase amount or within the sequence of website pages that the cardholder accesses during the checkout process.  I understand and AGREE that by submitting an online Request for Services form and by clicking ‘I AGREE’ and submitting an online credit/debit card purchase for products or intangible services from the  Mami Wata Healers Society is a binding agreement per terms of service.

I understand and AGREE  that the Mami Wata Healers Society’s products/services are an intangible service, delivered via telephone and/or in-person by my scheduled appearance.   

I understand that as such the Mami Wata Healers Society have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.   I further understand and AGREE that if there is a problem with one of the products/services, or if I am unable for any reason to meet my obligation to receive those services, that the Mami Wata Healers Society (at their discretion) will reschedule me at their convenience.   I further understand and AGREE  that if  I am unable or if I refuse to follow through with an agreed paid service that  the Mami Wata Healers Society (at their discretion) may issue me a payment credit on future services or I  can opt to transfer that service to a *qualifying family member or friend.  I further understand that there is NO MONETARY REFUND.

* “qualifying family member or friend” means that they have paid for a consultation and it is determined from the results that they are qualified to have that service transferred to them.
