Amengansie: Sacred Ritual Dance of Enslaved Ancestors

Description

Original Release Date: August 28th, 2019

The Amengansies sings one of many sacred songs highlighting the suffering of our enslaved Ancestors. The song here loosely translate as:

"My family! Who are these foreigners! they take the tools of our metallurgy trade to fashion chains to bind us, and locks to close our mouths. They see how it is causing me suffering, but they don't care!"
