Chief Hounon Amengansie Mama Zodédé
Rightful Successor and Co-Founder of The Mami Wata Healers Society Temple of Mawu
Our Founder, Chief Hounon Amengansie Mama Zogbé (Sagbé) Vivian Hunter-Hindrew, has transitioned. As part of her final wishes, we successfully completed her burial ceremonies in Africa, where she traveled frequently until the time of her transition. Now is the time for us to let you know. Although she is not here with us in the physical, she is here with us as well as the ancestors who are ready and willing to work with everyone to achieve what it is they are supposed to. Do not think that she is unavailable to assist you. She is ever present, ever capable and ever willing to continue the work that she started. She is a King. She is a Queen. Her presence in the Kingdom is indispensable and powerful. She has blessed everyone and before she left the physical, laid claim to her victory for each and every person who comes to our temple for services.

Before her transition, I was provided with the authority to continue the Society in her stead. Mama Zogbé placed me as her successor to the throne. This same throne is one that nurtures and attends to the Global African Diaspora. No matter where you are, if you need prayer, we are here. If you need assistance, we are available for you. Her temple here in America is available for you and your needs. Mama Zogbé's temple in Africa still stands and is open for those who wish to visit. The spiritual house that she opened for African Americans is open and ready to serve the entire world. We train the world in African Tradition and Culture. Contact us for more information.
In her honor, in her legacy, we present to you photos, video and more which details publicly accessible information, for the sake of all our posterity. Press the links below to learn more about her journey and legacy.
Everything is on the way. We continue.
